Eligibility Criteria

Candidate should possess a 3-year Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university.

A combined entrance test (MET) is held in the month of May/June every year for admission to MBA course for three Universities, viz Punjab Technical University (PTU) Jalandhar, Punjabi University, Patiala and Guru Nanak Dev University (GNDU), Amritsar. Detailed information related to the eligibility criteria, admission process, examination centres, examination fee, and other details are available in the University's Prospectus for MET/CMAT Conducted by AICTE.

For seeking admission to the above, 66.66% of seats are filled through a common entrance test (MET) held under the aegis of Government of Punjab for admission to the Institutes under GNDU, Amritsar, Punjabi University, Patiala and PTU, Jalandhar/CMAT.

The balance seats (33.33%) are filled under the Management quota directly by the Institute. The Management quota seats are allotted on the basis of merit in the qualifying examination for the respective courses.
